Proposal Defense Session

1. Main examiner will chair & time the session 2. Student’s presentation 20 mins. 3. Followed by Q&A sessions. 4. Student will be asked to leave the room while results is being discussed by the committee. 5. Student will be called in for the result. 6. Examiners to submit the evaluation form & committee to sign the result declaration form. 7. Sessions ends 8. The evaluation report will be emailed to students by the proposal defense committee. |

1. Pemeriksa utama adalah pengerusi dan penjaga masa. 2. Pembentangan pelajar selama 20 minit. 3. Diikuti sesi soal jawab 4. Pelajar akan diminta meninggalkan ruang pembentangan semasa jawatankuasa membincangkan keputusan, 5. Pelajar akan dipanggil masuk untuk makluman keputusan. 6. Pemeriksa menghantar borang penilaian & jawatankuasa menandatangani borang akuan keputusan. 7. Sesi tamat 8. Laporan penilaian akan diemelkan kepada pelajar oleh jawatankuasa pertahanan usulan. |
