                                                          Abstract

This study measures the level of agency readiness in information technology (IT)
disaster recovery plan implemented online and the manual survey to 36 government
agencies. The quantitative method was used in this study using the SPSS statistical
software focusing on descriptive analysis to obtain the mean value as a measure of the
readiness level and factor analysis as the factor to determine the readiness. The
findings of the study show that five (5) aspects of readiness, which are disaster recovery
plans, disaster recovery practices, disaster recovery planning strategies, disaster
recovery planning and finally awareness measurements are influenced by three (3)
readiness factors which are processes, technology and the human factor. Each item in
the aspect of readiness has a measure of readiness, namely high, medium or low. The
findings of this study are suggested as the aspects and factors of readiness that should
be taken into consideration by an agency in developing and implementing its IT disaster
               recovery plan.
