become computerized with the help of the website to be built. In addition, the new system adds activities or
processes that can support the ongoing system in a better direction.
3.2 Proposed System Design
The design procedure of the proposed information system will be outlined in the following Use Case
Diagram:

graduation requirements.
2 Secretariat People who do toefl registration data collection. Liaising directly with the coordinator in
the information system study program regarding test schedule info and details of costs and
informing students via social media Facebook.
3 English Literature Coordinator Orang yang mengkoordinir jalan nya tes toefl di sastra inggris. Mulai dari memberikan info
tentang jadwal tes dan rincian biaya, menjadi pengawas pada saat tes berlangsung,
mengkoreksi dan memberikan penilaian, serta membuat laporan hasil tes tiap gelombang
untuk diserahkan ke koordinator prodi sistem informasi.
4 Study Programme Coordinator The person who coordinates the course of his toefl in English literature. Starting from
providing information about the test schedule and details of costs, being a supervisor
during the test, correcting and giving an assessment, and making a report on the test results
for each batch to be submitted to the study program coordinator.
3.3 Interface Design
Interface design is very important in making a program, because it is the basis for creating an interface that
can provide convenience and not confusing for users in carrying out their activities. The interface design for the
website menu structure for users and admins can be seen below:
