3. Kesimpulan
Hasil daripada analisa deskriptif dan visualisasi set data menunjukkan terdapat persamaan corak set data antara
klinik-klinik kesihatan walau pun klinik berkenaan berada dalam daerah yang sama. Corak kedatangan pesakit
luar juga berbeza bagi setiap klinik kesihatan berdasarkan waktu ketibaan dan waktu puncak. Corak ini boleh
dijadikan panduan dalam penetapan waktu bekerja dan jadual pergerakan pegawai perubatan di mana
penjadualan semula pesakit dan pegawai perubatan boleh dilaksana untuk mengoptimum sumber yang sedia
ada.
